How soon can you get me in?
Call to discuss the earliest available visit. New patients who call before 2 PM Monday–Thursday are eligible for the crown offer if we cannot book an appointment for that same day: only the crown is free, not the visit or other treatment. Calls after 2 PM are handled based on the next available appointment and operating day. Friday emergency visits are by appointment.
Can an emergency visit include a same-day crown?
Yes, when your damaged tooth is suitable for a crown and treatment can be completed in one visit. The dentist will evaluate it first. For new patients who call before 2 PM Monday–Thursday: if we cannot book an appointment for that same day, the crown is free. Only the crown is free, not the visit or other treatment. A dentist must determine whether a crown is appropriate. Call the office to discuss the offer. This is an appointment-availability offer, not a promise that every crown is completed the same day. Not every dental emergency needs a crown.
Do you take my insurance?
Both Moss locations accept the dental insurance, Medical Assistance and Medicare plans shown in our accepted insurance list. Acceptance does not establish in-network status or guarantee coverage for a specific treatment. Contact our team to verify your plan and benefits. Without dental insurance, explore our IHSP / In-House Savings Plan or ask about payment options.
Why does my tooth hurt, and should I be seen?
Tooth pain can have several causes, including decay, a cracked tooth, infection or gum problems. A dentist needs to examine you to identify the cause. Call promptly for persistent or worsening pain, swelling, a broken tooth or a lost restoration. If you have trouble breathing or swallowing, or severe spreading swelling, seek emergency medical care immediately.
What should I tell the team when I call?
Describe where it hurts, when it started, whether you have swelling or a broken tooth, and any lost filling or crown. The team can help arrange the appropriate next visit; an online request is not a confirmed appointment.
Will I see the same dentists and clinical team?
Yes. Our familiar dentists and team remain, and we are adding team members. Our clinical staff have been with the practice for many years, and we do not use temporary clinical staff.
